I still prefer buns round, firm, and lightly tanned-as-toast…not too big, but definitely requiring both hands to savor. I enjoy cradling both buns firmly, while pressing them together gently…lest their contents spill out. That would certainly ruin the moment, and possibly result in losing one’s lunch…literally.
